At Be Your Best Self Coaching, I truly believe there is no one size fits all lifestyle when it comes to your health. Each person has their own journey, their own timing, and their own individual nutrition needs. What works for one person, may not work for another and that is why I believe it’s important to continue to try different things until you find what works best for you as an individual.

Change can be scary and hard, but having a support team in your corner could be the key to success.

 

In 6 months together we will:

  • Uncover what is holding you back with your nutrition or health goals. 
  • Build a strong foundation for your nutrition.
  • Create a plan for your meals. 
  • Learn to listen to your body and what it’s trying to tell you. 
  • Most importantly, build a routine that works for you.

Working with me as a nutrition coach doesn’t mean someone telling you how many calories to eat, what foods to cut out, or how much exercise to do a day. For as low as $41 a week, working 1:1 with me as your Holistic Nutrition Coach you will receive:

  • Two one-on-one 50-minute phone calls a month
  • Manageable goals to work towards
  • Recipe ideas
  • Weekly check-ins via text message
  • Additional books, handouts, etc. as it fits your needs.

About Kristin

I’m a wife/mom in her mid-thirties with an interest in how food fuels our bodies. I coach women to make realistic changes in their daily nutrition and health so they can build a healthy home and lifestyle for their families without adding more stress and extra work to their day.

After working through my son’s dietary issues, I made it my mission in life to learn as much as possible about nutrition. I became fascinated by how the body responds to certain foods and certain habits.

This has made me realize how much damage I had done to my own body in the past. From crash course diets and calorie deficits to low fat or low carb diets I’ve tried a number of them. In reality, it was the type of food I was consuming that was doing harm.

Over a year and a half of research, I’ve found a passion for overall health and wellness, both physical and mental. Instead of reading the calories I’ve found myself now paying attention to the ingredients with a much better motto…less is more.

18 months into our gluten-free journey I realized how badly I wanted to help other families who were in the same position we were. It was not an easy road and never will be perfect. I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in July of 2021 and founded Be Your Best Self Coaching, LLC to help other women nail their nutrition.
