Kick Start a Healthy Holiday Season

Focus on three basic habits to help keep your body happy and your energy high through a busy holiday season.

Starting on November 1st, join the Be Your Best Self Coaching community as we Kick Start a Healthy Holiday Season where your energy is high, and confidence is strong.

Together we will encourage each other to:

  • Drink your water
  • Move for 30 Minutes a day
  • Eat a vegetable

These three habits are a core foundation of a healthy lifestyle and can help you put your health first without going overboard throughout a season when your time is needed somewhere else.

How Does It Work?

Once you sign up, you will get access to our free Facebook group. The group opens officially on October 24th, but we kick off our Healthy Holidays on November 1st.

Each day in the group, there will be new posts with encouragement, recipes, community interaction, prompts to make you think, giveaways, and more!

You will get a printable tracker that you can hang up at home to keep track of the days you nail each habit and the days things don’t go your way. You will have me, a Holistic Nutrition Coach, to cheer you on and help make plans for the days that things might fall off.

What happens if I miss a day?

That’s OKAY! The goal of this challenge is to help build the habits, but we also recognize that no one is perfect. Having the community will help keep you on track and push you through the days that are a struggle.

What if I don't have access to a printer?

If you don’t have access to a printer or you prefer a digital tracker, there will also be a downloadable option too!

Do I have to join the facebook group?

Techinally speaking, you do not have to join the group to participate. However, there will be daily posts, recipes, freebies AND two huge giveaways for those who are in the Facebook group so I’d recommend joining us. 

What are the prizes?

There will be two big prizes given away throughout the month of November. A healthy products pack and one month of free nutrition coaching. Group participation is KEY to winning! However, the true prize of the month is the energy you’ll have going into the holidays.

Hey there! I’m Kristin, a Holistic Nutrition Coach helping soccer moms build confidence in their healthy eating habits so they can increase energy in a busy season of life!

When I first put my health nine years ago, I didn’t know where to start. I relied on Instagram accounts, random blog posts, and messages from people who seemed to be healthy. You name the diet, and I probably tried it for at least a day or two.

It wasn’t until early 2020 that I realized it wasn’t about the amount of food I ate but about what type of food my body could process…That changed everything.
