It’s easy to rely on that third cup of coffee to power you through the afternoon, but what about the holiday season? Spend three weeks getting a deep understanding of the food you eat and how it affects your energy levels, leaving you feeling hungover and relying on that coffee.

The food your body needs is unique to you. No one person is the same. Work with me, a Holistic Nutrition Coach, one-on-one for three weeks to understand your body’s individual needs.

What’s Included:

  • A 30 minute kick off call to
    • Review your goals of the three weeks.
    • Get a deeper understanding of where you are at.
    • Run through the overview of how the the three weeks will work.
  • Voice/texting app access to me for three weeks.
  • 1.5 hour deep dive call to:
    • Review all of your food
    • Come up with a plan for two weeks of meals complete with recipes as needed.
    • Review other aspects of your health (sleep, movement, etc)
  • Email recap of the calls complete with your plan.

For $99 you can walk away with a nutrition plan customized to YOUR body (not someone else’s) to finish out the year strong, knowing you don’t need to start over on January 1st.

Who Am I?

Hey There, I’m Kristin.

I coach women to make easy, realistic changes to the food on their plate to help increase energy in this busy season of life.

When I first put my health first nine years ago, I didn’t know where to start. I relied on Instagram accounts, random blog posts, and messages from people who seemed to be healthy. You name the diet, and I probably tried it for at least a day or two.

It wasn’t until early 2020 that I realized it wasn’t about the amount of food I ate but about what type of food my body could process…That changed everything. The last 10 pounds dropped, my anxiety slowed down, and I felt better than I had in years. 

I found the energy to exercise and keep up with my kids by fueling my body, not starving it. After spending a year becoming certified as a Holistic Nutrition Coach, I realized how many other moms out there are in the same boat as I was. Through my program’s 5-Day Food Journal and Nutrition Confidence, women have lost that last 10lbs and found confidence in the food on their plates
