Over seven years of running I’ve experienced a lot of ups and downs. I’ve taken full breaks, started from scratch and restarted again. I’ve found good tools to run with, things that haven’t worked out for me and things that just are not worth the money. I’m not a running expert. Nor am I a running coach. I’m just a girl with a passion for a sport and a love of watching others succeed.
Through talking to others I find that so many people have a fear of running. Maybe it’s because of that gym class mile from elementary school or maybe it’s just something that’s been ingrained in their head. Either way, I’ve set myself on a mission to help people run past that fear.
