Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning
A mild homemade gluten-free taco seasoning. Use as much or as little as needed to spice up your tacos. This recipe is meant to cover 3 lbs of taco meat. However, you don't have to use it all at once. Store it in an airtight container to use the next time you make tacos.

- 3/4 tbsp chili powder (Add 1 tsp extra for spicy tacos)
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp oregano
Add all spices to a container and mix together.
Use about 1/3 of the seasoning on 1lb meat of your choice.
Seal the remaining seasoning for the next use.
