1lbGround Turkey
1Egg
1/3cupOnionDiced
1cupUnsweetend Almond Milk
1cupGluten-Free Breadcrumbs
1/2cupKetchup
2tbspBrown Sugar
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350°.
Meatloaf
Combine the ground beef, egg, onion, milk, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Mix together until mixture is smooth.
Transfer into a loaf pan.
Sauce
Mix ketchup and brown sugar. Once smoothed out, pour over the meatloaf.
Cooking
Cook uncovered at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle. Inside temp should be at least 155°.
