Gluten-Free Chili

Chili is naturally a gluten-free meal, but with all the add-ins available, it can very quickly become filled with gluten. This classic recipe keeps it gluten-free and ready to eat for a cozy winter night.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 white onion chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 cans crushed tomatoes 16 oz, crushed
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cans kidney beans 15 oz, drained & rinsed

Instructions

  • In the olive oil, sautee onions until soft.
  • Add both ground beef and ground turkey & cook until brown.
  • Add the remaining ingredients & simmer for 30 minutes or until flavors are mixed.
  • Serve with cornbread, biscuits, or baguettes.
