- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green pepper chopped (optional)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
Brown ground beef with chopped onion and pepper (optional).
Add other ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour
Toast gluten-free buns and serve.
