Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeds removed
  • 1 small mango
  • salt and peper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the grill to medium heat.
  • Meanwhile, add red pepper, jalapeno, and mango to a blender and chop, but not puree. 
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, including mix from the blender.
  • Shape into four patties
  • Grill until fully cooked, about 165° - 170° internal temp
