Grill season is here, and I’m so excited. Any gluten-free recipe is much better when the grill is involved, and I’m ready for a summer of grilling. This recipe is fun to try, and it’s the perfect way to (almost) kick off summer: Hawaiian Chicken Burgers. Add this recipe to your gluten-free meal plan for next week ASAP.
Why Hawaiian Chicken Burgers?
I like changing things up (probably more than the rest of my house), and these are fun ways to change things up without getting too creative.
One of the things I love most about Hawaiian Chicken Burgers is that they’re not just for putting on a bun. Smash them up in a rice bowl, eat them plain with veggies, or eat them like a hamburger. Plus, you can customize them to taste sweet or spicy.
As usual, it’s a recipe with less than ten ingredients cooked and ready in less than 30 minutes.
