I am so excited to welcome you to 5-Day Food Journal! As you wait to get started, make sure you’ve completed the following steps.

  1. Download and print your food journal and watch the first video. There are many ways to food journal, but I will reference the prompts in this printout. If you are unable to print, you can always use a notebook to track the same prompts.
  2. Make sure you can receive emails from kristin@kristinlongacre.com. A link to the food journey and video will also be in your inbox shortly!
  3. Get ready to dig in and learn about your body this week.
  4. Seriously, make sure you can receive emails from kristin@kristinlongacre.com 😏; your daily video will be coming to you through email.
