I, Kristin Longacre, am dedicated to guiding families through the transition to a gluten-free lifestyle with ease. My journey began when my son was just 2.5 years old, thrusting me into the world of gluten-free living. Just a few short years later, I was diagnosed with celiac, furthering the gluten-free lifestyle in our home. Motivated by my own experiences, I made it my mission to empower fellow moms to confidently navigate dietary changes for their families.

As a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I bring knowledge and expertise to my coaching clients. I am also a certified Health Mindset Coach, emphasizing the importance of mental wellness and dietary adjustments.

My Family Owned A Dairy

My family owned a dairy for 62 years. After it closed my dad began collecting memorabilia from the dairy. To this day my mom and I love getting emails from family members of former Page Dairy workers

Hippos Are My Favorite Animal

I collect stuffed hippos and all things hippo related thanks to “the hippo song”. This song came from a church retreat I was part of in high school and it always brings back memories.

Coffee Is My Love Language

If I can find a local coffee shop, I could spend hours there. There is nothing better than small roasters coffee, the smell of the shop & the atmosphere.

Leggings are life.

If I could, I would live in leggings. Give me a mix between leggings and hoodies, andI would be set for life. Every once and awhile I might show up in real clothes… it’s rare though!
