I Get It… I’ve Been There Before
Hey! I’m Kristin, I’m a wife/mom in her mid-thirties with an interest in how food fuels our bodies. I coach women to make realistic changes in their daily nutrition and health so they can build a healthy home and lifestyle for their families without adding more stress and extra work to their day.
After working through my son’s dietary issues, I made it my mission in life to learn as much as possible about nutrition. I became fascinated by how the body responds to certain foods and certain habits.
This made me realize how much damage I had done to my own body in the past. From crash course diets and calorie deficits to low fat or low carb diets I’ve tried a number of them. In reality, it was the type of food I was consuming that was doing harm.
Over a year and a half of research, I’ve found a passion for overall health and wellness, both physical and mental. Instead of reading the calories I’ve found myself now paying attention to what my body needs, not what everyone else thinks my body needs.
I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in July of 2021 and founded Be Your Best Self Coaching, LLC to help other women nail their nutrition.

How It Works
1:1 coaching is secured in 12 week blocks. We meet every other week via zoom with check-ins on the non-call weeks.
You have access to me for ANY questions that may come up during our time together. Trust me, we don’t leave you hanging at Be Your Best Self Coaching!
Together we will work through the Best Self Method: Research, Adjust, Heal.
You will learn about your body and it’s reaction to food while making adjustments to your eating (and other health) habits.
Bi-Weekly zoom calls with me (a Holistic Nutrition Coach!)
Email check-ins with a video response on non-call weeks.
Access to me via WhatsApp anytime you need to ask a question or need help working through a nutrition situation.
Free access to any webinars, workshops and programs I launch while you are a 1:1 student.
Additional recipes, meal ideas and other resources that may help you on your health journey.
Can I get a refund if I choose not to continue with coaching?
If you choose not to complete your 12 weeks, we will work with you to offer a refund on the money for the weeks not completed. We do not offer refunds after the 12 weeks are completed.
How do I sign up?
Fill out the application form and I will be in touch with you within 24 hours to schedule an initial zoom call. From there we will make sure that we are a good fit for our coaching relationship and get you started if so!
How much does it cost?
We never suggest putting a price tag on your health. However, working with Be Your Best Self Coaching is unfortunately not free.
Packages are priced depending on need but involve a 3 month commitment. By paying in full you will receive a discount on our services. Feel free to send us a message if you are concerned about pricing.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself wanting to continue after your 12 week session starts we will determine what package works best for you moving forward!
