What if I’m new to a gluten-free diet? Will this workshop be too advanced?

Not at all! This workshop is designed specifically for beginners or anyone feeling overwhelmed by gluten-free meal planning. We’ll break everything down step by step, so you leave with a simple, easy to use system you can start with right away.

What types of meals will we focus on?

I am all about easy and quick meals however the meals you ultimately choose will work for your lifestyle! This isn’t about fancy recipes—it’s about creating a gluten-free meal plan that works for your lifestyle, no matter how busy you are.

Do I need to buy special tools or products for this workshop?

Nope! All you need is a way to take notes and your enthusiasm to learn. I do encourage you to bring your planner or a calendar as we will use that as part of the process. Other than that we’ll focus on using everyday ingredients and tools you likely already have in your kitchen.

Will this workshop include recipes?

Yes! You will get 7 recipes to use throughout your meal plans. Plus, you’ll learn how to adapt your own favorite meals to fit a gluten-free diet.

How long is the workshop, and will I have access to the materials afterward?

The workshop is about 35 minutes, however I would set aside 1 hour to work through it the first time you meal plan. You’ll also receive a workbook that outlines the meal planning process and provides tips, so you can revisit the information anytime you need a refresher.

Hey! I’m Kristin, a mom, wife, and holistic gluten-free coach helping families adjust to the gluten-free lifestyle.

After working through my son’s dietary issues, I made it my mission in life to learn as much as possible about nutrition. Thereafter I became fascinated by how the body responds to certain foods and habits.

In July of 2021 I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and founded Be Your Best Self Coaching, LLC to help other families learn to live a gluten-free lifestyle.
